HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
(24 – 28 hours per week)

The HR Manager works closely with the Change Manager a.i. who is currently also responsible for HR.
As experienced Manager HR you are responsible for developing HR policies with a concrete translation to all HR sub-areas and instruments. You play a crucial role in the transition described above.
Personnel planning, leadership and talent development naturally fall within your range of tasks. You combine a strong strategic vision with a pragmatic hands on approach: you take care of the roll-out and adoption of the HRM strategy by all layers of the company.
You are the point of contact for all levels within the organization and your pragmatism ensures that you take control of the implementation of your strategy. You are a challenger and sparring partner for management and MT members. In this position, you report to the director.
Your most important challenges:
You are the facilitator of team and organizational development by streamlining processes and implementing and maintaining a culture of continuous development. Internal communication is central: in the area of HR, you ensure that the HR vision and policy is clearly communicated to and executed by everyone.
In addition, you ensure that all HR processes and procedures are available and known. You are available for all people of all levels. You regularly consult with managers and ensure that, where necessary, they are further developed and supported in leadership and people management.
You guide them where necessary during performance, evaluation and difficult conversations. You are always available for consultation on delicate or difficult issues. You are responsible for the further development and sustainability of personnel policies. You are also responsible for the development and management of the employment conditions package and pension provisions.
As an HRM professional with a relevant education at academic or HBO+ level, you have gained extensive experience in organizational development. You are able to think along with us at all levels so that the company, the processes and the human capital can function optimally. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a broad knowledge of employment conditions policy and social legislation.
Strategic thinking and pragmatic hands-on operation is in your DNA. You have a broad vision of business and are able to maintain contact with stakeholders at all levels. You will also be able to work well with figures, budgets and analyses. You are familiar with drawing up a multi-year plan (KPIs, budget). You are a well experienced down to earth HR professional
Planning and organizing is a highly developed competence for you. An excellent command of the Dutch and English language is a matter of course in view of the international setting. You can be characterized as a communicative, strong, honest and authentic personality who connects with a natural authority, enters into cooperation and creates trust.
You will be able to advise independently and you will have a hands-on mentality. Your leadership style is characterized by transparency, experience, inspiration, direction and coaching. Experience in a production organization is an absolute advantage.
A role in which you, as an experienced HRM professional, work at least 24 to 30 hours with the flexibility of sometimes working more hours on a project basis and your contribution is crucial for realizing the ambitions of the organization.
