For keeping up to date with the latest developments in welding consumables and techniques our highly skilled employees are periodically sent to Japan for training at Kobe Steel, Ltd.'s main welding consumable facilities. Our wires are used in the manufacturing of very critical constructions, where welding failure can have serious consequences. Therefore the quality and weldability of our wires must meet exacting customer demands.  Naturally to assure the constant high quality of our wire, all production-batches are tested.

We believe that the best way to solve a problem is with good technical information together with on-site support. We also believe that a customer can best decide whether or not to use a consumable after an on-site demonstration. In order to do this we can mobilise technical people on every level to meet customer's level: from demonstration welders, to welding technicians, to welding engineers. Naturally we can rely on the support of our parent company Kobe Steel, Ltd.

Another important aspect in our policy is delivery performance. We see it  as normal to meet our promised delivery date. Next to this our factory is located in the center of Europe, and this enables European customers to receive their wires in the quickest possible way.
